Although my paint is beyond waxing up I figured for neighbors sake to make the older off roader more presentable.... so ordered some of these.... think they'll be well worth the $54. I painted my less-than-stellar looking ones about 2 years ago and now those are fading quick in hot So Calif....so going with these.
Will post a before and after on my actual vehicle when they arrive.

Nice find. That will definitely help with the appearance.

Those look nice, can't wait to see your before and after pics.
I'm curious to see how they look and what you think of them.

Those pillars are just strips of vinyl wrap that you use to be able to get at the dealer. I just bought some high quality wrap from a body shop who wraps cars and cut them to fit. Cost me around $60 for the A/B/C pillars. Took the old vinyl off with a heat gun and installed the new vinyl the same way. Took about 5 hours total.

/\ There are some out there that are like what you mentioned, BUT these ones are different, they are like thin sheets of plastic material (like ABS sheets - this is polycarbonate material )
with a 3m like adhesive backing.
I had concerns they might be what you are referencing --wanting something of substance verses just a vinyl wrap application and this was their response to this inquiry :
"Our kits are covers, made to be installed on top of the original pillars.... They are not thin like paper and have some thickness and sturdiness to them." Each piece has a full adhesive backing for an easy peel-and-stick application (similar to 3M tape)."

On those applications coincidentally, I plan to vinyl wrap the very rear / hatch pillars as this company (nor any others) offer this type material molded for those back pillars - D pillars.

OKAY....SO HERE'S SOME BEFORE AFTER PICS...
The cuts on a couple top / bottom edges were off...so don't order yet if you were planning, but post here if interested so I can let them know, so I'll be shooting for replacements / or refund. ASIDE from that they look pretty awesome. Now I just need to WASH and WAX the thing.
