Oxygen Sensor problem?

I have the following codes, im guessing its a problem with that sensor? If so would a new one take care of that problem?
P0133 02 Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0135 02 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P1131 Lack of Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Sensor Indicates Lean - Bank No. 1

Is this for the 97 explorer?

I just had the same problem and I had to change the first sensor on the passenger side of the exhaust. It will be on the engine side of the converter.

The bad news is you might have to go through the floorboard to get to the plug.
