P0172 and P0175 codes 2004 Explorer Please Help

I have a 2004 Ford Explorer, 4.0L V6 SOHC. This car only has 48k miles (don't know if that might help eliminate some problems) anyways the service engine light came on the other day and the codes it gave me were P0172 and P0175. Anybody know the most likely causes? Or any simple solutions I should try first? THANKS!

I havent come across these codes but ive heard people just cleaned the MAF and it took care of the codes...I dont have much time, im on my lunch break...go thru is link, good luck
