P0174 issue

An 03 explorer 4.6L engine is having recurring p0174 code bank 2 lean. My scanner indicate the Lt ftrm2 is right around 25. seems way out of line compared to other numbers. Have replaced a fuel injector on number 8 cylinder and both oxygen sensors on left side. Any suggestions as to the problem?

Check the intake manifold gaskets, vacuum lines, pcv valve gasket, and the power brake booster gasket for leaks.

Thanks everyone! I put a vacuum gauge on it and looks good. I did find the pcv valve is 'shot' had to order it and will be in tomorrow.In the meantime, I pulled all the plugs and cleaned & regapped them. Should know tomorrow if the pcv helps. Will keep you in formed.
