P1744-torque converter clutch system mechanically stuck in off position

finally got a code and the check trans/o/d off flash...im at 112k
had a full r&r at 97+torque converter,torque converter @77(flushed @69), and a torque converter+solenoid block at 34k.......WTF!!!
im about to choke out another Benjamin for the stealer to tell me whats up(showing up with ALL prior svc records)

last year when it was rebuilt the dealer said with the many torque converters something in the trans is sending burnt fluid to tc thus burning it up..(sounds logical)
i took it to my trans guy jan 4(dismissed my issues said its normal) and about three weeks ago where i showed him the tc not engaging properly/slipping but he said its due to the stall in the tc(BS)

BTW trans guy insisted i have a 5r55w(almost got in a arguement) fordparts.com clearly says 5r55s if this matters...(all parts shown say w or n)

do i just have a lemon trans or do i now have some freikentranny??wtf im so sick of trans issues
Edit dealer said no sense in wasting a $100 to basically have them tell me what I already know..
Did get a ford direct number to handle this as a manufacturer defect that has yet been addressed and or fixed... Perhaps a defect in the case itself...Idk

Ok so I decided against the dealer look at thier advice(wouldn't be able to tell me much more than I know already)

The shop next to my work has a ipad size snap on scanner I could get hooked up if it would tell me more than my scanner(elm327 with torque app. Shows vehicle specific and manufacturer codes)
Regarding line pressures though I have no clue what they should be or how to decipher the diagnostics
Also when the p1744 was up I cleared it with my scanner and definitely heard a noise from the trans the second I cleared it if this matters(quick hum then a grind/pop.. was somewhat quiet but definitely heard with windows down...

I've read every piece of info on this code and peoples resolution were from tcc Clutch modulator issues maybe even a harness issue or even an oring allowing tc to lose pressure...
Any of these sound plausible? I'm so torn if to build this one replacing everything or get a reman to replace EVERYTHING......OPINIONS???

Ok here's what has been done... Please if someone can tell me if the vb has been replaced because I don't see it...
Bought new w/4mi in late 05-lonely old grandma(mine)got taken for a ride by FORD...
cant blame her for trusting them to make it right...

could the vibration(grandma couldnt remember issue)@34k have been something off balance that has never been adressed thus why i get 15-30k per converter?
I am gettin the shop that did tc @77 plus all work @97 to do it on his dime since he obviously didn't fix the actual issue...also getting on sct tuner plus reflash 4 trans

Another note trans fluid was changed @ 34 w/work and @69k....(dealer)

Wtf could cause an issue like this? Could I eliminate the harness as a potential just from time frame?
Thank you to all the trans guru's I could really use some opinions on a plan of action before I drive it off a cliff...
i know explorers arent drag trucks but this thing has quite the delay between shifts+when you mat it(not that i have but to test/compare)cruising the rpms come up some a good second delay then the shift... this isnt normal is it?
trans temps range from 148-172 avg(normally on lower side but now 165-172) only saw 181 for a second literally cresting afton mountain months ago
