Pandora never comes on sync

I think you have to have to download it through Ford Apps on the car and/or have the Ford app also installed on your phone. But you can connect Sync 3 to your phone with Carplay or Android Auto and use any audio app you want including Pandora.

Mine disappeared also.
Go to SETTINGS, APPS on phone. Android Auto and Pandora. Force Stop and Disable then Restart App each one. Go to ADVANCED settings, Android Auto. Pandora should be back on the available APPS list. Select to add to APPS.
Oh, and same thing with Google Maps if they disappear.
