Hello everybody,

I was hoping someone might be able to clarify what the difference between the metal Fram PCV (FV375) and the plastic one (Motorcraft EV268) that has the coolant hose attached and is stock.
Rock auto lists both as replacement PCV valves...
Are they two separate parts for different locations?

Thanks in advance!

There was a change during this model year so yours could be either. The fram is the older style.

^ Good catch. If oil fill is on the passenger side you have a Job 2 engine. See first two posts in PCV elbow link.
