just take out the air intake and the pcv valve is visible. twist and pull.

yes, you got it. That's the one.
It's working fine if it rattles but since it's very cheap and needs to be replaced every 100k better to replace it with a new one and forget about it until the next 100k. There will be traces of oil in the valve cover (oil level is not checked at this area since oil doesn't stay here) Most of the issue is oil getting into the pcv valve elbow hose towards the throttle body and over time the hose gets ruptured)Does it look like it needs to be replaced?
Should it be rattling like that?
I also noticed the resovoir it is screwed into did not have oil up to the upper part of the reservoir. Is that ok or is it low on oil?
