Hi you guys im really hitting a wall here and hoping someone here can help me. I have a 2001 ford explorer sport with a 4.0 sohc. Under my intake and injector harness there is what i thought was a breather for the crankcase that turned out to be an oil and air separator that some owner before me busted and tried to glue back together. My truck hasnt been running right and i couldnt figure out why and finally traced back to that but ford discontinued the part and i dont know what to do to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Time for a trip to the junkyard to find one in good shape. You may be able to find used on on Ebay.

I feel your pain, I cracked mine during a rebuild. I am working on a solution, but it will have to be fabricated.
