Performance accesories 3 inch body lift

Hey looking too see if nanyone has done the Performance accessories 3 in body lift on first Gen automatic explorer . Lost the directions during my recent move and looking to get a step by step if someone has done it already or has a PDF of of the instructions . Any help would be great since the website has no information . blocks and hardware are straight forward but have no idea what the plates and other hardware are for .

i believe a member shadow raven or something liek that did a nice writeup but i cant rememebr if its a 2 or 4 dr and which gen.
