hey everyone i was wondering if anyone has a tan explorer with torsion key flipped and cobra r's i just wanna see how mine would actually look. finally got the u bolt on the rear a lil torching and a lil hammering made it perfect.
There aren't very many torsion flipped X's on here. BoominXplorer and Draft are the only ones I know of. You can check out their pages to get an idea of ride height. Boomin also has Mustang bullitt's. Not Cobra R's but still a Mustang wheel.
i was gonna throw some custom powder coated black cobra R's on my prerunner mountaineer, but a buddy of mine had them on his ranger and the cobra R's cracked after some hardcore jumpin and wheelin. those cobra r's are aluminum and are meant for race track or street and not for or hardly any abuse..
Opps, yeah, but he actually put on Cobra's once he lifted it all back up (to just a normal tt), so yeah my bad. I almost wish I didn't get such big profile tires and got some more drop out of it.
yeah bro i did a torsion key flip and man the rear u bolts were a pain in the ass man. but i dont know how low it dropped me but its pretty low because the tire is like about a inch or two from the fender so im guessing that it dropped me a good 4 or 5 inchs
