My rear differential seems to be leaking oil. Whats weird is that it doesn't leak all the time. Sometimes after driving and parking in the garage, there will be a small puddle of oil the next morning. Other times there will be nothing. I was going to change the rear end oil so I figured I would change the pinion seal, as it appears that the area its leaking from. Any help is appreciated as I couldn't find much info about it.
