Pismo beach-Part Deux August 10-12

I will be able to make it to big bear. I have an idea of wear to put my shocks.

I am going to eliminate the rear swaybay and I am going to bolt the shocks there and put them at an angle towards the back.

The shocks are 29" long with a foot of travel so I think that would be a good way to go. It handles pretty good with out the sway bar so I think it will be ok.

I am also gonna put the front shocks next to the front swaybar mounts on the front of the I-beam and make a bracket to mount the straight up from there so I can also still use the other front shocks I have there. The shocks are almost the last thing I have to do on the rig. I have the trans done and I have the exhaust almost back together. So the only things left are the f150 spacers and the shock mounting. Then I will get the gas money together. All I need is enough for atleast 2 tanks of gas and some food and maybe a lil extra for what ever is needed.

Weel I need a drive line now too if you got a spare one lol. I am just gonna squat my truck back down to the cali lift and leave it that way. Atleast I know I can drive fast that way at pismo.

sorry, no spares...at least it didn't come flying out, thats a good thing...i worked on mine till 9:30 last night...long story and have to work on it tomorrow, at least chase parts...

Man sorry to here about your rig. Yeah I am gonna get another drive shaft and go back to the cali lift. I like the ride better that way.

hey arvin, while we're on the topic of seats, are you planning to get rid of your rear bench? if you are i call the one-seat section of it. now that i think about it, isn't your leather perforated? mines not so maybe yours wouldnt work.
