1995 XLT. Stock.
Will someone kindly snap a photo of your box with lid open ? I may be missing a relay. Truck was in storage and we may have scavenged it during another troubleshoot. I just need to compare the PCM diode and if any other slots are vacant. Thank you very much in advance. 1995 ford XLT not sure of other years are same configuration.

I have a '97with a 4.0 SOHC. What engine do you have?

Hope this helps.

Whichever engine yours has is not the same as my '98 but I vaguely recall that Ford offered PDF manuals back to '96 (if you don't have your original paper one in the glovebox) and it has the power dist box diagram on page 387. I'd assume you should have all they list, unless your vehicle doesn't have the listed feature.

Here's what is in the '96 owners manual PDF. However as they picture it, seems ridiculous and in error unless all power is really going through the starter relay?!

95 will be different than a 96 as it is still OBD1.

My rig has the original manual in it, but the rig is in the shop currently. When I get it back, I will take a picture of the PDB layout for you. Unless you find it online or someone else posts it up before me.

I looked again for a '95 and found this, is it correct?
Edit: Hmm, this is just a fancier version of the same layout for the '96 I posted previously, but the sources claim it's for a '95, for example here:
