Police Package door panels.... Now with speaker grills!

Turns out there really are 6 speakers in the PPV Explorers, two of them are hiding behind the solid door panels.

Quick remedy I found, and quite a surprise from Ford, is removing the panels, and drilling out holes marked in the back of the panel.

Drill and clean up said holes, add a little speaker mesh cloth, and boom, now you can actually hear the rear speakers!

got tethers in those doors?
that sounds nice...

some tethers with a knob or ? to set them,
like 3 levels of tether length would be awesome...
