I Just bought some run of the mill Black Steel Rims and I put the hub caps on that came on my stock rims ( I had to shave them down a little bit to fit) It looks pretty sharp And i always get people commenting on how much it looks like a police cruiser. Nice

First off, those rims won't fit on our Explorers. Neither will the crown vic rims. You can get some Explorer SSV rims (Special Service Veh.) and paint them black, they come in silver.

Yup, my SIL's 03 came with those rims, but in silver, hers used to be a police truck, still has some mounting holes in the roof and on the inside from the emergency lights, radio equipment and such
