I need to run 8 gauge from the battery to the rear bumper for my power winch. I need some help in finding a way through the fire-wall that works best. I had read entry behind the glove box, I found a grommet but not sure I like that location.

Welcome to the Forum frillici.:wavey:
I'm assuming there is another way since I've caught and evicted 2 mice from my vehicle.:D Some of the wiring goes under the headliner and I'm guessing right now that some may have a channel along the floor. There are several threads in the 'Modified' sub forum on upgrading audio including the sub in the back. Not sure if they explain any routing. Sometimes www.fordparts.com will show or give an ideal where cables, wires go but I haven't checked it out for this yet.

Check pout this thread and see if it is of any help. http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=395878&highlight=audio+upgrade
