Power steering problem

Yestureday I had new tie rods, brakes and rotors installed into my 98 xlt. Now sometimes while steering backwards into a parking space my steering wheel rattles greatly. When I had the tie rods put in I had to turn the steering wheel with the engine off could that be the problem? If so what should I do, if not what should I do?

It sounds like the power steering fluid needs to be bled.
