Power Steering Pump noise

At 58K miles, I have a buzzing noise comming from my Power Steering Pumb.

I have changed the fluid to a synthetic and it still buzzes.

Is this a common problem? Is it on its way to failure? Can it be rebuilt?

I'm so confused......................

Unfortunately Ford's power steering pumps are known to be louder than other companies.
