Power Steering Reservoir Cap Leak?

Have a small power steering leak. Cleaned the engine. Went for a drive. Some PS fluid is pooled on the top of the reservoir cap. No leaks anywhere else. I will get a new reservoir cap, but wonder if this is a sign of anything else. This is a 1995 with 119,000 miles. I have had it for 7 years and 70,000 miles doing regular PS flushes running Mobil 1 ATF and I have a Magnefine filter installed in line. It works fine otherwise. Any suggestions?

That can happen when the reservoir is overfilled. I believe there is a vent in that cap.
