I was pulling fuses the other day on my 03 xlt trying to weed out a battery drain. In doing so, I have disabled my remote starter (after market). Any recommendations on how to set this back up to work? I have tried to program it just like a factory fob (on off 8x) to no avail. Any and all help appreciated.

Is it possible the wire you disconnected was attached to a fuse that blew?
I would check all fuses first.
If those are OK, recheck the wires you disconnected.

Some aftermarket remote starters default on the 1 pulse negative ground trigger to operate.
I run a Crimestopper Cool Start RS00-G4 on my Xplorer and I had to reprogram it to the 3 pulse negative ground trigger when using my factory key fobs.

See if you can find out what type of system you have and we can help diagnose it a little more once the fuses/wires checks out.
