Programming key fob.

I recently bought a universal key fob for my 2006 ford explorer. I did what the instructions said and programmed it, and it worked. My problem now is I accidently hit the alarm button on the key fob and now key fob doesnt work. I tried doing the same thing i did before and it doesnt work what should i do?

Easiest/cheapest thing would be to replace the battery in the remote. If you have more than one remote you have to reprogram all of them at the same time. Welcome to the forum!
