I have a 95 XLT that came with one keyless entry fob and I just got another one off eBay (can't go wrong for $7.50 :D ). My dilemma is: both fobs are marked "transmitter 1". Does this matter? Can I program them, or does one need to be marked "transmitter 2"?

Thanks in advance for any and all advice. :)

You should be OK to program them both into the system...

The steps are...
Press unlock from the drivers side door twice
Put the key into the ignition and switch from off to run (as far as you can go without starting the car) 8 times ending in run. If it worked, the doors will lock and then unlock.
Then within 20 seconds press any button on one of the remotes, if it programs properly the doors will lock and then unlock.
Keep doing this (pressing any button on each of teh remotes) until you have programmed them all, because it erases all of the old ones when you install a new one.

Once you have programmed all of your clickers, just turn the key to the off position, and if all went well it should lock and unlock one last time to verify.
