danny, your making the may moab trip? i can't wait for it, i've never been there but it looks insane

That it when i get around to doing my front axle i am hiring you to take apart and put back together for me since you seem to have this wired now:D

you got it bro, we'll be slow and low, there will be no fast stuff up there for us. I'm going with my girl, a buddy, and my college buddy from Vail will probably roll down with his stretched wb TJ.

so how did the diff line up?

truck looks amazing, Mcneil really has the explorer gage down to a science now, tucked in nice and tight! Still hard to get around the damn brake booster though :) LOL

Nice truck we're all jealous!

whoah, how did you get your coil to do this. you some sort of a magic man?

with the car on jackstands, you put the coil in the bucket, then pull the bottum of the coil over above the coil seat, jack up the beam and install the wash and nut = pita to do but i wanted to see how it looked with the car sitting at normal hight. im scared though, cause i'll prolly have to drive it like that to a shop to install the coilovers

feberglass fenders you can get at

perrysfabnfiber.com

McNeiloff-road.com

fiberwerx.com

henneman (don't know they're website)

about $150 each

I would also suggest tying the seats into the cage as well. Make for a much safer situation if involved in a roll. It's also good to mount 4/5pt harness rear straps nearly level with shoulders. In the event of a roll, with them mounted low (floor) they can cause greater compression of the spine, or so i've heard

probably all good points, we just don't have the money :(

fanally did some work other than just front end. i just stopped working a little while ago and im tired so not much jibber jabber from me tonight. i'll be working on it a bit in the mo'ning and ill take some more pics etc.

and oh, trying to get the tripple military wrap springs into the front hangers was a PITA! also had to flip the center bolt since thes are made for a SOA ranger.

awwwwwwwwww yeah

How is the truck sitting with the deavers? Or is the back still not sitting on its own weight yet?

with all these parts getting replaced i am waiting for the yard sale after this project gets finished:p:

How much lift are those superlift springs? you goin to sell them?

back end doesn't have wheels on it still, working on the shock mounts & etc. looks like the shocks will still be limiting my travel :(

springs were 4" lift and they've already ben called for. other than shocks, we don't much valuable stuff to sell. but we will be cleaning the garage of any thing we dont want and we'll have a "garage sale" thread

wow the stock spare tire carrier/shock mount crossbar thing is hard to take out
