they can make projectors for any vehicle you want. You have to either find headlight assemblies to have them do the conversion in. Or they can use your existing ones.

well if you option for the adding of a decal to your bumper and a link in your signature he drops $200.00 off the price. If you don't want to get the HID kit from him but have your own or know where to get it cheaper he drops another $100.

I already have HIDs in my explorer so the kit for me only comes to $250 plus the cost of the headlight assemblies I want to use. Not all that bad if you think about it...

I would like to see the quality of these kits he makes because when I built my own, it cost me around $600 for everything and thats not including labor costs. What brand ballasts/bulbs/projectors does he use?

How much does he charge if you supply EVERYTHING?
He takes off $200 for a bumper sticker?!!?

he has pics of completed kits for other cars on the page for you to see. Just look on the upper left hand side of the page.

He takes $200 off for the bumper sticker advertisement and a link in your signature. If you get everything from him then yes its gonna be like $600 if not a bit more especially if you don't get the $200 discount.

I plan on having a set of the black headlight assemblies from ebay sent to them for a projector install with white LED angel eyes.

I have the clear ones in now with no projectors but I have the 8000k HID kit installed and the HIDs alone made a huge difference in night visibility. I can only imagine what its gonna be like with black housings and projectors. No glare or anything from the housings. I'll post pics when I get mine...

Its very nice with black housings and projectors, youll be happy you did it. Projectors make a big diff, my bro has hids in just reg housings and the light is all scattered

I know what you mean about the scattered light. I have the diamond clear headlight assemblies from ebay in my explorer now with a 8000k HID kit and the light beam is wider than it was with the other bulbs I had in.
I always wanted projectors for the truck but once I saw pics of yours the other day with the black assemblies and projectors i was totally sold on having black assemblies with projectors in mine. Especially when I saw the pic with the lights on and there was no glare from within the housings.

I was extremely tempted to try doing the conversion myself with a dremel and stuff but I came across that site online claiming they could make custom projector assemblies for any vehicle as long as you provide the housings so I got in touch with them to see if I could set something up for the forum. He wasn't interested in a group buy buy he did setup a site specifically for the explorers (which wasn't one of his original offerings on his site) so if we want them we can go thru the process online.

I will most likely be getting mine within the next two weeks since they are planning on taking away the $200 discount in the near future but wouldn't tell me when. With that discount I'd be able to get brand new projectors, black assemblies and the labor all for $500 plus shipping to my door. They are also willing to buy the assemblies for me from ebay if I send the listing to them and will attach the cost of the assemblies to the bill (which is where it comes to $500)
I think someone on here was selling a home made setup using the factory assemblies and lenses for $400 so to me having a professional fabrication and everything being brand new parts makes the price worth it to me.

if you can get a set of assemblies they claim they can make clear lenses for an additional $100 if I remember correctly. Assuming you can't find them on ebay on your side of the pond. In any event your best bet is to email them and see what they can do for you. This seemed like the most sought after mod for the gen 2 as far as lighting went yet wasn't readily available. I found a solution for us but it seems not very many are interested... strange

I've emailed the dude and he seems like he's on the level, I just need to get some nice black ones from yr side of the pond... If them plain black ones aren't angled inside then I can use them, will have to see how much it all costs...

The starting price is $300 dollars. Then take off $200 for the bumper sticker, then $100 for your own hid kit. Zero. But there's a mandatory $450 item which is for the projectors. That's without the angle eyes and the bezel chroming.

I think you're reading that wrong. At the top of the page the price for the item is $300, then underneath the option is +$450 extra on top.

It even makes a note of you having to provide the housings which means the projectors and shrouds are costing you $750 before "discounts".

maybe if he figures out a clear pricing method, and they come out to be a good deal, AND we can see a finished product i would go this route instead of assembling them myself

Just had a few emails exchanged with the guy from the site. $750 pre-discount with the hid kit and not including the housing parts.

Sounds like a nice guy, but a bit too steep for me.
