PTU Cooler Pump and Relay

I recently purchased a 2015 Police Interceptor Utility Explorer that has the PTU cooler. Per the owner's manual, Slot 8 in the engine compartment fuse box is a 20 amp PTU Cooler Pump fuse and Slot 10 is for the PTU Cooler Pump Relay. Both these slots are empty in my fuse box. I understand that the PTU is cooled, but I am not familiar with a "PTU Pump." Appreciate any insight that anyone provide.

PIU comes standard with water cooled PTU.

Those fuses are likely for the 52B - Enhanced PTU cooler package (Requires 3.5L EcoBoost engine. Recommended for EVOC training and continuous and extended track usage. This PTU cooler is not required for day to day patrol usage..)

IIRC, it's a pretty rare option and rather spendy (~$2,600-2,800K).
