the only thing i can think of is what brooks said a left hand drill they do work get some pb blaster first and give it a little help If all else fails get a dremmel and cut just around the screw and to put it back use a bigger washer to grab the light...good luck
I think the left hand drill bit is a better choice for this. The screw is flush with the plastic lens and one small slip with the dremel and you would be needed a new lens too.
