putting subs in the rear hatch

does anyone know anything about doing this? I want to put an 8 or 10 inch sub in my rear hatch, but don't really know anything about how to route the wires, or if it is even possible. Please let me know. Thanks guys.

Someone has done this. All I remember about it was the hatch would no longer stay in the open position. But someone does have a thread about this on this forum.
