Question about cleaning the MAF?

Hi guys, okay I know how to clean the MAF and everything, but do you have to use electrical contact cleaner, I could not find any electrical contact cleaner, but did find CRC Electrical Parts Cleaner, is this safe to clean with it suggests, using it to clean alternators, and generators and other electrical parts, would it be safe to clean a tiny MAF sensor?

cant tell u if its safe or not for sure but thats the stuff i used to clean mine and it worked good.

I used an alcohol prep and a Q-tip and it worked fine since whatever is on it had to get through the air filter first.

I just use carb cleaner. Cheaper, and easier to find.
