Question about grill

I have a 02 Explorer XLS with a matte black grill. It doesn't list the 02 XLS on the site but I was wondering if it would fit or if its easy mod to make it fit. Thanks

They're a massive publically traded conglomerate wrecking yard. LKQ bought most of the Mom 'n Pop pick 'n pulls in West Michigan, and have systematically doubled the prices of the used parts they sell, on top of pulling the really nice parts off to sell over the counter and online before they even GET to the pick 'n pull. $35 for a pull it yourself headlight? Taillights priced by how long they are? God forbid you own a '96-'99 Mercury Sable- you're paying over $60 for a taillight.

Not a fan- can you tell?
