No an st bolt pattern is 5x4.5 or (114.3). Any wheel with less than 5" backspace is also recommended.

From what I gathered 2001 st wheels are backspace 40mm (5.5"), offset 25mm (1"). 2013 dodge backspace 159mm (6.2"), offset 25mm (1"). Was wondering if it would work with like an 1.5" spacer. Want to lower truck so do you think I could roll the fenders and make it look good or a waste of time? Free wheels if I can make work if not will have to wait and get sum that actually fit lol.

Why don't you drop your ST the "right" way? Lowering the CG a couple of inches dramatically improves the handling and safety. Ride quality is highly influenced by drop distance, shock choice, and tire profile. Cost is minimal only requiring rear blocks, longer u-bolts, camber alignment shims, and alignment. By far the best handling improvement for a street Trac.
