- 2005 Sport Trac XLT 4WD
Soon I am going to start working on my 2005 Sport Trac XLT brakes.
I haven't pulled the wheels yet, but from the outside they look/feel grooved.
I'm not going to turn the rotors down if they look bad, but instead buy new.
Any suggestion on which rotors I might purchase for my daily driver?
One suggestion given was if your going to do rotors you should replace the calipers. Haven't had any caliper issues so far. Seems unnecessary any thoughts?
Lastly when buying beak pads I see that some are ceramic pads.
Any pros and cons on which break pads to buy?
I do hate the black on the front wheels from the brake pads.
