Questions on bad acceleration help

haha im not confused, i know which one is the maf. its closest to the airbox, well KKM in my case.
i just didnt know if getting a new one just replaces the sensor on top, or the whole thing.

well you can replace both. if you go and buy one from truckperformance.com or what not it will be the metal circular part. if you want to replace just the clip on sensor at the top then go to ford.
