I started my rebuild d-35 with d-44 outers a while ago and am ready to begin reassembling but I have 4 oil different seals in my kit and only remember removing 3. One for the rear of the pinion, one for the right axle shaft, one for the left axle shaft, but I still have one more that came with the kit and am not sure where it goes. Yukon master Install kit for M35 IFS. I am thinking that the M35 and the IFS have a different pinion seal and that is why it is in the kit.
Thanks

I guess I am the first to regear a dana 35 on the site.

uh, not quite =)

My master install kit also came with 4, i ended up not using two of them. The one they wanted me to use for the pinion bearing was to 'cheap' for my liking.

- There is the one for the pinion

- The large conicle seal for the Driverside axle shaft

- And the smaller seal for the passengerside cylinder-roller bearing

... thats it. Not sure why they give 4.

Thanks
