How to: Quick release mudflap mounts.

Cut these on my plasma table and bolted them up. They are made out of 1/8" plate and use a 1/4" pin to hold the mudflaps in. Two 3/8" bolts hold each bracket to the frame. a 1" piece of square tube slides in and can be cut to what ever length is needed.

Nice work Matt. I need to make holders for mine somewhere so they are secure when i'm on the trail. I'm currently stuffing them behind the seats.

drill other holes in them so they are flat for trail use, just flip them up and use the same pins ?
