Radio Pinouts for Audiophile 8-pin 20-pin 16-pin

Seems a few have been looking for information on the pinouts of a early World Connectors (Black). I don't think i can photocopy it but in my '04 Explorer Wiring Diagrams FSM this is what it says -Note always test it with a voltmeter (not the radio) to confirm:

This is a wonderful resource. I am in the preliminary stages of designing a harness to patch an amplifier into the factory system. I know I can get the main connector/sockets from Metra (71-1771/70-5517) but I need help finding the connectors and sockets for the DVD harness (c240a) and for the subwoofer harness (c240c). I know i could search junk yards to cut into a harness but if they are avail be on the aftermarket it would be much easier. Any idea what these are called or a source to buy?

Plans: Add 5 channel amp under back seat to run speakers/sub off factory HU plus add an AUX jack inside the center console. Might forgo sub if I can't get connectors or get wiring to work.
