radio repair

2000 Eddie Bauer, radio lost digital display, I searched this for and found many repaired options.... I decided to remove the supply unit and resolder the board... and it WORKED !!!!!!! for about 2 hours...... so now I see Dorman makes this new board,

I think I have the premium sound one, the MACH radio one CD/tape RDS feature, and 6 CD Changer in the console. has anybody here use this part on this system? thanks.

The Dorman board (586-001) will not work with the radio with the 6-disc changer. I've tired it. There is a company that will repair your radio. I have an email with their name/number somewhere.
