Hey! I have heard of people taking a lift for Rangers and making them into Explorer lifts. I was wondering if anyone knew if the Trailmaster 4" suspension lift for the Ranger would work? The part number is FB120SSV! I have a 2000 XLT and I am planning on getting this Trailmaster kit for the Explorer (It fits rangers 98-99, or so the trailmaster site says). If anyone has any information, please tell me. You can either email me or leave a messege on here. Thanks everyone.

Why don't you get the Trailmaster kit for the Explorer? Or better yet, the Superlift kit for the Explorer? :D

I found a good deal on this Ranger one, really good deal. But won't it work?

Yes it will. I think a few people are running 98+ Ranger kits. Search for Ray Lobato. I'm pretty sure his kit is for a Ranger. He might have more info on what he had to do to make it work (if anything).
