Rapid Clicking Noises | 2003 Ford Explorer

Tried to start my 03 Explorer this morning and was greeted with this. I tried jumping it but got the same result. Not much of a car guy so I am in need of help. What could be the cause of this noise?

Try cleaning the battery cables, even if you think they are clean. Classic sign of low voltage to the starter relay.
