Ok, let's try this again. I want to get a run together at Rausch Creek Offroad Park on December 6th, 2003. I want this to be a fun run for everyone so we will tailor the ride to whatever level is necessary. There are plenty of trails for all skill/vehicle levels. There are bypass's if you are not comfortable with a particular trail. It's also a lot of fun to watch some of the built rigs trying to bust stuff on the more difficult trails
.
There is a one time $10 membership fee at Rausch Creek, and then $25/day. $5 for passengers. They have their own campground which is included with the daily fee.
Here is the Membership form .
Here are Directions . We sign in at the same place we went to last year for the PA rally. Rausch Creek is 50 miles Northeast of Harrisburg, PA, or 45 miles Southwest of Hazleton PA along Route 81.
For hotels, there are two in Pine Grove, PA which is just a couple of miles away. The Econo Lodge (570) 345-4099 has rooms starting at $55/night, the Comfort Inn (570) 345-8031 has rooms for $70/night. Again, these are the hotels we stayed in for the PA rally.
The park is open from 8:30 AM to Dusk. We have to make a reservation in advance, so I need to know who wants to go soon
. Once I know who's going, I'll call down and get a reservation at the park for us.
Yes I cut and pasted from the original try for Rausch Creek
If ya have any questions or doubts, PM or e-mail me....
