Re-Gearing, changing carrier, change axle bearings?

I am going to change my 3.73 LS to an open carrier with 4.10s and an Aussie locker. I have new carrier bearings, plan to buy new pinion bearings, shims, etc. My question is, should I install new outer bearings and seals on my axle that has 125k? The additional cost is $38, I was thinking about doing it while I was in there, but if its a waste of money, then I won't. Thoughts?

when you are there is better to change them especially if you offroad. always better to be in safe side.
