I have a 92 E. B., i took the trim panel that goes around the edge of the dash off, to get to the e-brake light to change it, but the gauge cluster wont come out far enough to get to the bulb, i cant even reach to unplug the take, to take it out more, so i tried to take the upper dash off but once i start turning the rachet it just slips off because the bolt head is so small. How do i take this off? Another thing in my owners manual it says that i have rear abs but i dont have the light in the dash for it, when i took the trim peice off that holds the light there is no bulb for it. How can that be? I am all confused.

Did you try reading the threads about putting in the white-face gauges?? May be some hints their on how to...

As for your ABS light, are you the original owner? If not, it's possible the prior owner took the bulb out to "fix" his ABS problem (light lit all the time). Does your ABS work??

Not the orignal owner, how can i tell if the abs is working, I just got my permit last friday, so i really dont have any experience to tell weither it is or isnt.

Find a deserted road, and slam on the brakes. If your wheels lock, your ABS is not working

i wont flip right, (afraid of fliping over)

No, just don't slam them over 30-40mph. :)

If you start fish tailing get off the brakes.

If you ABS does work, then you should feel the brake pedal pulsate.
