As far as i can tell from looking at the other posts. The rear dif howl that you hear at highway speeds isnt doing any damage to the car right? Its just an annoying sound that hear and is perfectly fine? Do they fix this under warranty?
The reason i ask is because Ford is really stupid and they wont let me know if a part is covered under the warranty until i pay them about 80 to look at it and even if i dont get it fixed they keep the 80 which is a rip.

Do the bumper to bumper esps cover the airbag lights and the tsb on the drivers seat that shifts when you start and stop?

Why are you paying them to look at it if you have a warranty? If it is under warranty they sould not be charging you, if they are there robbing you!

Try another Ford dealership

Well i have the 100 deductible and if it IS covered then i wont be charged for them to look. But say it isnt covered and i have them look at my timing chain, my airbag light, my drivers seat which shifts durring driving, the rear diff howl, at 80 bucks to inspect each item... Id be scared ****less to see the bill if everything wasnt covered.

They did that to me when my car was coming to a shaking stop. I had no clue what was wrong. They knew the entire time it was probably warped rotors. I mean its even kind of obvious but back then i was clueless. Well i didnt have the 250-350 for the job so in turn i had to pay em 80 for looking at it. Then say i drop the car monday the most likely wont look at it til thursday or friday. I hate that dealer. Seems a little shady not being able to tell me what exactly is covered and what isnt..

Take IZWack's advice -- go to another dealership. When I still had the full warranty on my truck, the dealer's service department went out of their way to make sure that everything was taken care of. They even replaced my the leather on my front seats (for free!) because it was slightly worn when I purchased the vehicle.

Once you're out of your warranty period, that's another story, but you shouldn't have to pay for any kind of diagnosis while you're still under warranty.

I found the perfect solution for a noisy rear end...... works flawlessly every time
