Rear drive shaft yokes?

Hi, I'm new to building my 92 4x4 4dr and I'm having trouble finding and ordering the yoke that bolts into either the companion flange or pinion flange. I have the yoke that bolts onto the rear diff but the flange at the transfer case is smaller in diameter and I'm hoping someone can provide a part number?

You may have to source the yoke from a boneyard. They are not wear items, so it shouldn't be hard finding good one. It's the same part for both manual and electric shift transfercases.
