Rear Hatch Broke.

So I have yet another problem on my explorer. First the latch on the rear glass was stuck and I got that fixed but now the entire rear hatch will not close. It is stuck in the lock position and will not close. Any ideas on how to fix it?

if its what i think it is,
make sure the it's unlocked, then use a screwdrivers inserted in the catch, now pull the handle and use the screwdriver to move the catch/cam.

Thanks, I ***ed it today. I have to give the credit to my mother though, she came over and told me to use a steam cleaner and try and melt off and clean out any of the dried grease up there that might be jamming it. Well what do you know after 15 minutes of steaming it just unlocked.
