rear hatch door jam

my rear hatch got something shut in it and now the door doesn't shut right and the light doesn't go off. I would like to know where the door jam is so at least i can tape it down or something untill i can get the hinge fixed, because i have to take the dome light fuse out every night so my battery won't drain. That's a pain. Help me please.

I'm pretty sure the light switch for the hatch is on the catch for the lock. It might have been flipped to the "locked" position before being closed. Try looking where the srtiker hits the pin.
