safari rack ladder fab - questions!!!
i have a basket rack on top of my truck and lately ive been trying to figure out how to put a ladder on the back of it. ive been using the rack alot lately for firewood and such and its easiest to just climb on top to strap it all down with ratchets. currently i gotta climb up the back tire then use that little lip by the back window (sport) as a step
: so a ladder would be a great addition. the rear window hasnt opened in god knows how long and i dont necessarily see any foreseable need to fix it either so im not worried about access to the rear window or it being able to open. i was jsut curious if anyone had any input on mounting? im positive the back tailgate can hold the weight - i just am not sure how i want to mount it yet so any ideas?
