Rear oil leak!

Hello ! I have a 2004 Ford Sport Trac 2wd with 64000 miles, I'm seeing a slight oil leak coming fron the back of the engine. I realize at this point it will be all speculation, but trying to narrow down my efforts ! Ford dealer says they almost never see a rear main seal leaking with the newer design, but does state that they see more pan gaskets leaking than rear mains ! Does anyone out there have any experience with a leak of this nature ? What did you find for a fix ?

I would check the valve covers and the intake as roaddog suggested. Seems like low miles for a rear main, but it could be possible I suppose.
