Rear seat headrests?

I have a 91 EB and the rear seat has no headrests. I'm going to look for and swap in a matching leather seat with headrests so my kids are safer back there. What year did they start using headrests? Will a gen 2 seat swap in without bolt hole mods?

The head rest started in the second gens. Although they hardly would add safety to a 91.
