it says there rear spring shackles and i dont know if thats the same thing

uhhhhhhh.......if your truck didn't have shackels you wouldn't be able to drive it. You have them yes they come stock they are the hanger that connects the end of the leaf spring to the frame.

your stock explorer has those stock shackles on them

if you are looking for lift shackles, you bought the wrong ones, those shackles from that ebay auction are the stock from ford oem shackles, they provide no lift whatsoever

they are what attaches your frame to you springs
